Once your contract is signed and retainer is paid, your date is officially secured and we start planning all the beautiful details together.

My goal is always to tell the full story of your day. You may receive more images than you expect, but each one plays a part in helping you feel transported back to those moments.
The final number of photos can vary depending on the flow of the day, but I very rarely deliver fewer than 100 images per contracted hour.
How Many Photos Will I Receive?
Photoshop is one of my favorite tools. Removing a blemish? Easy. Editing out your best friend’s ex from a photo? A bit more complicated.
I automatically take care of light retouching such as blemishes and minor distractions, while always preserving your natural beauty. My approach is to enhance, not alter.
If you are interested in more advanced retouching, I am happy to discuss what is possible. As a bonus, I include a few intensive Photoshop edits, within the scope of my style and expertise.
Do You Use Photoshop For Advanced Retouching?
Editing is the most time intensive part of your wedding gallery, as I carefully ensure every image meets my artistic standards. Each photo is individually adjusted for brightness, color, and composition, with a custom look applied throughout.
In addition, I apply my signature clean editing style, subtly removing temporary distractions like blemishes or anything noticeably out of place in the background, while keeping everything natural and true to the moment.
How Much Do You Edit Your Photos?
Most of my weddings are captured solo, which helps keep the day feeling natural and unobtrusive rather than overly produced. I’m constantly moving and documenting from different perspectives to capture your day fully and thoughtfully. For larger celebrations or more complex logistics, we can absolutely discuss adding a second photographer if it makes sense.
Do We need a second photographer?
Yes! I include complimentary travel within Wisconsin. Further away? I frequently travel and would absolutely love to discuss travel details for a custom quote!
